Your baby’s first year unfolds like a miracle. Everyday brings new growth, change, and moments you’ll want to remember. While serving as a baby photographer in the Tallahassee and Bainbridge areas, I’ve seen how quickly this season passes. From the sleepy newborn days to the joyful independence of a one-year old, there’s so much to capture during this fleeting season.

The Sweet Beginning: Newborn Sessions at Home or In-Studio

Newborn sessions hold a special place in my heart. Those early days feel like a blur of love, exhaustion and wonder. For this reason, I offer both in-home and studio options for families. Many new parents choose in-home sessions, especially mamas, because it’s the most comfortable. You don’t need to travel. Instead, just stay cozy, feed, snuggle, and soak it all in.

I absolutely love watching mamas with their newborns. Watching her nurture, comfort, and gaze at her baby is incredibly tender. I feel honored to photograph these moments. In-home sessions allow siblings and even pets to be a part of the story, making the session feel like a true reflection of your growing family.

While these sessions are slow-paced, they remain baby-led. I focus on capturing those brief, delicate moments- like the tiniest of toes, just hours or days old.

It’s incredible how much babies change in just one short year. One minute they’re curled in your arms. The next, they’re sitting up, smiling, crawling, and digging into their first birthday cake!

That’s why I created The Milestone Membership- because those moments are so easy to forget. Not because they aren’t special, but because they pass so quickly.

One Membership. A Year Full of Memories

As a Bainbridge and Tallahassee baby photographer, I’ve carefully planned each session in your baby’s membership to align with the most memorable milestones of the first year. What to Expect provides a helpful month-by-month look at these early stages of growth. These key moments shape how I structure each session for your baby’s membership.

• Around three months, we’ll document tummy time and those first heart-melting smiles.
• At six to nine months, your baby is sitting up, and full of giggles. Showing off that little show-stopper of a personality.
• Finally, the first birthday! This session celebrates your little one’s sweet, wobbly steps and growing independence.

I’ve styled my all-white studio with whimsical touches. I have designed it with baby boys and girls in mind. Milestone sessions can also take place outdoors in natural light.

Families love The Milestone Membership for many reasons. One of them being the locked-in session rate and the included membership discount. It’s a simple way to ensure you never miss capturing these fleeting chapters.

My own children are now grown. I remember those early days in my heart. It’s the images on my walls that bring it all rushing back. The way they smelled. Those tiny features. Their chubby rolls in their arms and legs. The expressions, giggles, every precious detail. Every time I pass these photos, I’m transported right back to those beautiful days. Because of this, I understand just how important it is to preserve these fleeting moments.

I limit Milestone Memberships to just 12 families per year. I do this to protect space on my calendar. To ensure all clients, including membership families, have the flexibility to schedule their baby’s milestones. It allows me to give each session the time and attention it deserves, without overbooking.

A special bundled rate is available when booking both maternity and newborn sessions together. In addition to the membership, I continue to book stand-alone portrait sessions throughout the year at my regular rate.
